E&L Architects was established in Warsaw in 1994. The company plans, designs and co-ordinates the construction of cost-effective development projects.
In January 2001 E&L Architects became a member of the TPF Group of design and engineering companies that has offices in Belgium, France, India, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. TPF employs over 500 design and engineering professionals and consultants. It undertakes projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
E&L Architects provides consulting services of infrastructural projects financed by UE, European Bank of Inversion (EBI), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the field of roads, bridges, rail and environmental protection. Provision of services includes investment co-ordination and management, technical assistance, investor’s supervision, management services for infrastructural projects according to FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) procedures.
Main tasks in the project:
E&L Architects will design and supervise the HVAC system for the new building and will do the system setup with the advanced HVAC control algorithms.
Arch. Dariusz Leszczyński (Project Manager): Mr. Dariusz Leszczyński is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture (2000). He received his Polish Architects Licence in 2004. He joined E&L in 2000 and was a leading architect for a number of projects. In 2002 Mr. Leszczyński was co-author of the Tulipan House concept design – one of the most technically advanced buildings in Europe concerning low consumption and emission of energy.
Ing. Tomasz Dąbrowski (Quality & Quantity Director): Mr. Tomasz Dąbrowski graduated from Civil Engineering Department at Warsaw University of Technology and gained his professional license in 1992. He joined E&L in 1996 where he is in charge of all tender documentation and procedures, negotiations, quantity surveying, cost control and value engineering.
Arch. Katarzyna Maryniak (Architect): Mrs. Maryniak holds a MSC Degree in Architecture by Lodz University of Technology and received her Polish Architects Licence in 2007. She joined E&L in 2006 and she is a leading architect of several projects, specialising in “sustained development” architecture.
Arch. Marcin Ratajczak (Architect): Mr. Marcin Ratajczak is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture (1998). He received his Polish Architects Licence in 2009. He joined E&L in 2007 and is credited for several successful building permit designs. He specialises in renovation of historic buildings.
